This wound mock-up realistically depicts a puncture wound with integrated bleeding function and is suitable for demanding training scenarios in medical education and emergency training. The design is based on typical clinical findings of penetrating injuries and allows for the practical simulation of active bleeding. The soft, skin-like material provides an authentic feel and is safe to use.
The bleeding function allows for realistic practice of hemorrhage control, wound care, and structured emergency management. The moulage adheres independently to simulated patients or mannequins and can be further secured with special skin adhesive for extended training sessions. Designed for repeated training, it is suitable for educational institutions, emergency services, hospitals, and first aid and emergency training. A practical storage box ensures safe storage and secure transport.
