Lifeguard Compressed Gauze is a sterile cotton gauze bandage with a six-layer construction and Z-fold. It is intended for professional wound care and is used for wound covering, packing, and dressing applications as part of initial care and further medical treatment.
The bandage is made of absorbent cotton gauze and is lint-free. The Z-fold allows the material to be unfolded in a controlled and gradual manner, facilitating targeted application to the wound area. When fully unfolded, it measures approximately 10 cm in width and 3.75 m in length. Its sterile composition makes it suitable for use in hygienically sensitive environments.
The vacuum-sealed individual packaging significantly reduces the packed size and facilitates integration into emergency bags, first-aid kits, rescue backpacks, or operational equipment. This makes the compressed gauze particularly suitable for rescue services, emergency medicine, medical practices, hospitals, care facilities, and disaster and civil protection. It can also be used in outdoor, sports, and leisure activities as part of first aid.
Lifeguard Compressed Gauze is intended for single use and is supplied individually packaged in sterile packaging.
