The Sarstedt micro preparation tubes (2 ml), made from highly transparent polypropylene (PP), offer a reliable solution for safe sample handling and storage in daily laboratory work. The transparent material allows for precise visual inspection of the contents and fill level at all times. The durable polypropylene also ensures high chemical and thermal resistance, thereby protecting the integrity of your samples even in demanding applications.
A special focus is placed on optimizing workflows: The tubes are equipped with a special knurling. In combination with the appropriate SARSTEDT special racks, this design enables time-saving and ergonomic one-handed screwing. This minimizes the risk of contamination and significantly increases efficiency when handling large sample volumes.
Thanks to the conical bottom, maximum sample recovery during pipetting is guaranteed, as residual liquids collect at the lowest point. The tubes are supplied with accompanying, precisely fitting screw caps, which, when unassembled, offer optimal protection against deformation during storage.
